Let’s try this together: Inhale fully and hold your breath. Imagine yourself hiking with a reeally heavy rucksack on your back. Feel its weight. The fatigue rapidly dragging you down. Your steps get shorter. Finally, you arrive to the top of the mountain and drop the rucksack. Exhale completely and just feel the RELIEF. Suddenly you are energised and it’s easier to breath.
