Yoga with me is not about achieving something, but rather exploring what is already there. Every breath, one step closer to your essence. The time spent in each asana feels more like a meditation. Through slow and intuitive movements you can reconnect to ALL that is YOU - your physical and emotional body, your mind and your spirit. 

When you enter the room you’ll most probably feel the grounding scent of Palo Santo. I’ll share my favourite essential oils with you and maybe even have a you pull an oracle card. On your mat you’ll find a soft blanket, bolster and eye-pillow to invite even more softening. I’ll invite you to keep your eyes closed during the whole practise and you’ll hear my voice guiding you to make your exhale longer than the inhale. Sometimes you’ll feel reiki soothing touch as I place my hands on your shoulders. I’ll help you to feel safe to surrender to the gravity and enter a deep, deep state of a total relaxation. I believe that in this state of mind we not only create a space for dreams and desires, but also accelerate the body’s self-ability to heal and restore.

 Some yoga practitioners coming to my classes say that the time spent on the mat feels like 4 hours of deep sleep. For others it feels like coming home.

My yoga education:
I’m certified at YTT Shamanism, Tantra yoga and Art at Durgas Tiger School located in the Andes of Ecuador. Native people and nature herself were my dearest teachers. I’ve learnt about the similarities between shamanic Cosmovision and the ancient Vedic teachings through a range of experience based Art forms such as dance, shamanic clown or applied tantric philosophy. We also worked with sacred medicinal plants to integrate the shadow self, were taught the importance of a ritual and how to create magic.

All the yoga classes are held at our cozy studio Kajplats Balans in Träslövsläge, south of Varberg. You can also join some classes via zoom and practise with us from the comfort of your home.
